SHIPPING

Europe & UK: We use DHL Express or GLS for all shipments made within the European region, UK included. We offer free standard shipping.

 

Normally the time of standard delivery within 7 business days (Mon-Fri), after we have accepted and confirmed your order. All orders are fully traceable using DHL or GLS Tracking.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

New size?

Place a new order with the correct size, and write an email to contact@zerobarracento.com to have a smooth exchange process.

How to Exchange & Return Online - 14 days  

All products must be returned in original condition (unworn and unused), with all tags still attached (unless faulty) and in our packaging. To complete a safe and convenient return online follow these four simple steps:

1. Contact us at contact@zerobarracento.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Take care of the return shipment, which will be at your expense.

3. We will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the product falls within our return policies.

4. We will try to make the refund as soon as possible. 

Refund Online

Your refund will be returned to the original purchaser's credit card. We always aim to handle your returned purchase as soon as we can.
